BLS PRO
Baykal BLS N Fiber Laser General Features
The new BLS-NEO fiber laser cutting machine uses two-dimensional drawings to cut through a flat plate by moving focused infrared light along programmed paths. The system carries the laser light to the focuser cutting head, which moves on the fixed sheet with the help of fiber optic cable. The cutting process takes place by melting the material in the region where the high-power laser light is focused in very small diameters. Depending on the material type, different gases are used to spray the molten material down the plate surface. These gases exit the nozzle where the focused laser light exits and control the quality of the process.
